The 12 V indicator light does not light up. What can you do to rectify the fault?
Please check the following possible causes:
- 12 V supply switched off
Please switch on the 12 V supply. - Battery isolator switch on the electric block switched off
Please switch on the battery isolator switch on the electric block. Refer to your operating instructions for the exact position of the switch. - Starter battery or living area battery not charged
Charge the starter battery or living area battery if necessary. - Defective cut-off relay in the electrical block
If there is a defective cut-off relay in the electrical block, please contact a dealer. You can find an overview of your nearest retail partner in our dealer search. - Flat fuse on the back-up battery defective
If there is a defective flat fuse, replace it. Please refer to your operating instructions for the exact position of the fuse. You will also find instructions on how to replace the fuses in your operating instructions.
