Please check the following points:
- Water tank empty
An empty fresh water tank also means that you have no flushing water available for the toilet. You can remedy this by filling up the fresh water tank with drinking water. - Drain valve not closed
An open drain valve causes the fresh water tank to be emptied. Close the drain valve and you can refill the fresh water tank with drinking water. - 12 V supply switched off
Make sure that you have switched on the 12 V supply if you have not connected the vehicle to the 230 V supply. - Switch for water pump switched off
Please check whether you have switched on the water pump. Please refer to your operating instructions for the exact position of the switch. - Fuse for water pump defective
Replace the fuse on the EBL. Please refer to your operating instructions for the exact position of the fuse. You will also find instructions on how to replace the fuses in your operating instructions. - Water pump defective
Please replace the water pump. If necessary, find a Carado dealer who can support you here.Note: When replacing the water pump, please ensure that the blue cable of the water pump is connected to the brown cable in the vehicle and the brown cable of the water pump is connected to the blue cable in the vehicle (plus to minus and minus to plus). Otherwise the water pump will rotate backwards and deliver less power. - Kinked water pipe
If the water pipe is kinked, please lay it out straight or replace the water pipe. If necessary, find a Carado dealer who can support you here. - Defective EBL
If the EBL is defective, please contact a dealer.
