I've forgotten the password for my Carado app. How can I apply for a new one?

Please click on the "Forgot your password?" button

Enter the email address with which you are registered in the Connect app here.

After entering your email address, you can click on the "Reset password" button. You will now receive an email with which you can reset your password.

Please click on the "Forgot password" button in the e-mail.

If you have pressed the "Reset password" button several times, you will receive several emails. Please use the link in the latest e-mail to successfully reset the password. The links in the previous mails are no longer active.

You will now be redirected back to the app.

Please enter your new password here. The password must contain twelve digits, including at least one number, one special character and upper and lower case letters.

Once you have set your new password, you can save it by clicking the "Save password" button. 

You will now be taken back to the login screen and can log in with your email address and your new password.
