The filter consists of two components:
1. hygiene unit: The water flows through the cartridge, past the hygiene element. This ensures that bacteria are reliably filtered out and safely retained within the hygiene element.
2. active carbon filter: The active carbon filter removes further impurities from the water, such as chlorine, sand, lead and other undesirable substances.
