General information
Some of our motorhomes are not equipped with an electric entrance step, but have a low, comfortable coupé entrance (applies to Integrated models).
Depending on the model, the vehicles have a single-stage or two-stage, electrically extendable entry step.
The entry step should always be fully extended before you enter the vehicle.
Operating the entry level
The operating switch for the entrance step is located in the interior of the vehicle near the entrance door.
Extend: Press the rocker switch down until the inlet stage is fully extended.
Run-in: Press the rocker switch at the top until the inlet stage is fully retracted.

Note: If the entry stage is not properly retracted and engaged, a warning tone sounds when the ignition is switched on.
Safety instructions
Before every journey, even after short interruptions, check that the entry step is fully retracted.
Do not stand in the swivelling area while the inlet step is retracting or extending.
Only step onto the access step when it is fully extended - otherwise there is a risk of injury.
Do not lift or lower people or loads with the entry step.
The pivot bearings and joints of the inlet step must not be greased or oiled.
Care And Maintenance
Lubricating or oiling the inlet stage can cause dirt to accumulate while driving.
→ This can impair the function or cause damage.Clean the inlet stage regularly and do not use grease or oil on moving parts.
Emergency operation in the event of failure of the electrical inlet stage
If the electric drive fails, you can retract the inlet step manually:
Pull out the locking pin on the connection to the motor.
Loosen the rectangular connection to the motor using a suitable object (e.g. a screwdriver).
Insert the inlet step by hand.
Secure them with a suitable aid (e.g. Cord).
⚠️ Please have work on the electrical system carried out by qualified personnel. Please contact your dealer or our support team.
Behaviour in case of absence
During longer periods of absence, it is advisable to switch off the majority of electrical loads using the 12 V main switch on the panel.
Even when the main switch is switched off, the central ceiling lamp, heater, entry step (not on Integrated models with coupé entry) and satellite system, among other things, remain supplied with power.
For longer shutdowns or at the end of the season: Consumers such as control units (e.g. Solar charge controller, panel) or built-in appliances (e.g. Input stage) continue to draw power from the battery capacity even when the 12 V supply to the panel is switched off. Disconnect the living area battery completely from the 12 V onboard power supply via the switch on the EBL, as certain consumers continue to draw current.
Start of the season
Clean the pivot bearings of the inlet stage.
Check that the inlet stage is working properly before the first journey.
